John Calarco is a holistic health and performance coach and the founder of Power Health and Performance.
Throughout the last 20 years as a competitive basketball athlete and the last 10 years as a coach, John developed The PHP Method which consists of establishing 36 habits within The 6 Pillars of Health and Performance, The Mind, The Breath, Sleep, Hydration, Nutrition, and Movement, to optimize the function and coordination of the 11 systems of the body and the expression of genes, which ultimately determines health and performance.
John received his degree in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University where he also competed for four years as a collegiate basketball athlete.
Throughout his professional career, he has extensively sought, researched and practiced the most advanced health and performance techniques.
